A Day in the Life of an Esco CSR..

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be focused on our customer's and providing great customer service.  We have a high volume of phone calls and your duties are to answer incoming calls, schedule customers, process paperwork, file, and run reports.  Other light paperwork duty as needed. You will love our drama-free, friendly work environment here. Our employees love what they do and who they work with!

Customer Service Job Requirements

  • Friendly, outgoing phone voice
  • Previous experience as a CSR
  • Valid driver's license
  • Upbeat, professional, and enjoys helping people
  • Genuine empathy toward customer's problems
  • Computer literate, can multitask and has good listening skills
  • Reliable and committed to showing up daily
